AWARDS 2026

We’re pleased to share that we’ve now progressed into the Top 20 of the National Fish and Chip Awards — another exciting step forward in this year’s journey.

As part of this stage, we recently completed a live Zoom interview with a panel of judges. One of our team cooked fish while the judges observed, and we were asked a series of questions about our shop, our team, and the wider industry. It was a valuable opportunity to showcase the standards, knowledge, and passion that drive us every day.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be waiting to hear whether we’ve made it through to the Top 10. We’re incredibly proud to still be representing Cornwall at this stage of the competition, and we’ll continue to share updates, insights, and behind-the-scenes moments on our website, Facebook and Instagram as the process continues.

We’re Back – And Proud to Represent Cornwall Once Again!

After securing 3rd place in the prestigious National Fish and Chip Awards 2025 (NFCA2025), we are incredibly proud to announce that we have re-entered the competition for a second time — and we've already been shortlisted in the Top 40!

What makes this achievement even more special is that we are currently the only qualifying shop in Cornwall to make the Top 40. 

Over the coming months, we’ll be taking on a series of tasks and assignments set by a panel of expert judges. These challenges are designed to assess every aspect of our shop — from customer service and sustainability to product quality and team capability. We’re excited to build on the skills and experience we gained during last year’s journey and push ourselves even further this time around.
